Eric Martel purchased his first apartment building at just 18 years of age while still at university! After working as an actuary for several years, he made a big move to California in the mid 1990s and made and lost a fortune in the technology sector in the run up to the stock market crash of 2001.
In more recent years, he founded a successful business with his two sons earning active income from selling renovated properties to investors while ploughing back many of the profits into building a portfolio of apartments.
This is a fascinating story of ups, downs and lessons learned from a veteran entrepreneur and I think you're going to enjoy it!
